House League

Our House League is a ‘Box’ format. You will be placed in a group of 4-6 people each month. Play all your box mates within the month. Players who do really well will be moved up while players who struggle will be moved down to get the match-ups as even as possible.

  • Included in all membership
  • Meet new people. Get matched up against 4 or 5 similarly skilled opponents for the month.
  • Boxes rearranged each month to keep things competitive and fun for all
  • All levels of play from entry level to advanced
  • Book your matches around your personal schedule


Intercity (Kawartha Squash League)

Our most competitive League. But still fun! Join a team from our club and play other clubs in the area – Cobourg, Campbellford, Clarington, Peterborough YMCA and Trent University. Win this league and you team goes on to play in the Central Ontario Championships.

  • Wednesday nights for B level
  • Thursday nights for A level
  • Games start at 7pm (typically)


Juniors

Come out and learn the game that can be a lifelong passion. Our Junior program got into full swing again in 2022/23 with over 30 juniors participating. The lessons are fun, a great way to get away from the digital life and meet friends while learning the sport we all love!

  • Ages 10-18.
  • All levels of skill. Beginners are always welcome
  • Tuesday evenings
    • 6:30 – 7:30, 7:30 – 8:30pm, 8:30pm – 9:30pm
  • Saturday/Sunday afternoons

Women’s Clinic

Women’s Squash Clinic and Round Robin. Come out Sunday Mornings within Pauline to play other women at PSC, get a few pointers and have some fun.

Private and Semi Private Lessons

Get on court with one of our Squash Ontario certified instructors. Learn the basics, get some specific pointers or train for that next tournament. Groups of 2/3 welcome.

Annual Squash Tournament

Our annual PSB Wilson Squash Tournament was back in full swing in January 2023. This Squash Ontario sanctioned tournament host all levels of play including attracting some very good squash from our locals and players from around the province.

Squash57

What is Squash57?

It is also called UK Racketball. It is played with a racquetball racquet and a squash57 ball in a squash court with similar rules to squash. It is easy to learn, easier than squash, great exercise and is very social and lots of FUN. You can play singles or doubles.  Check out this video of Squash57
